A: Yes. Provide your club or federation logo, event name and preferred wording for the central panel. The emblem and text layout can be adapted to your artwork. Review spelling, line spacing and logo proportions before approving the sample.

Q: What is the MOQ for custom jiu jitsu medals?
A: The MOQ is 50 pieces, with trial order quantities negotiable. Specify quantities for each artwork, finish or ribbon variation in your inquiry. For 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards, include the required wording and quantity for each category.

Q: What size, thickness and weight are specified?
A: The reference configuration is 80mm in diameter, 4mm thick and approximately 78g, using high-grade zinc alloy. Custom sizes and thicknesses are available. Final weight depends on the approved dimensions, central relief and textured border.

Q: How long do samples and bulk production take?
A: Existing samples take 2–3 working days; samples with new custom artwork take 5–7 days. Mass production takes 15–20 days after sample confirmation. Shipping time is additional and depends on sea freight, air freight or express delivery.

Q: Can we change the orange rim and black ribbon?
A: Yes. Specify your preferred rim color using a Pantone reference and coordinate it with a custom ribbon color or print. The textured ring can remain part of the design. Review the sample to confirm the border color, silver toned center and ribbon combination.

Q: Can the textured outer ring be changed to a different pattern?
A: Yes. The textured rim can be adjusted with different surface patterns, recessed details or decorative metal effects. We can also modify the width of the border to better match your central artwork and overall medal style.

A: Yes. The reverse side can include your tournament name, date, location, weight class, academy name or sponsor details. Raised, recessed, textured or engraved elements can be selected according to the artwork and required finish.

A: Yes. The same approved design can be produced with different plating finishes or color combinations for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards. Award wording and ribbon
colors can also be coordinated to make each placement easy to identify.
