1
Q: Can the two sparring athletes and their poses be customized?
A: Yes. We can redraw the kicking exchange, change protective gear, uniforms and body positions, or adapt the figures to another martial arts technique. The overlapping areas are checked carefully so both athletes remain distinct in the finished relief.
2
Q: What is the MOQ for custom hexagon sparring medals?
A: The standard MOQ is 50 pieces, with trial quantities negotiable. Include quantities for each plating finish, placement, year, ribbon and reverse design so tooling, sampling and packaging can be quoted accurately.
3
Q: What diameter thickness and weight are specified?
A: The specified configuration is 76.2mm in overall diameter, 4mm thick and approximately 75g without the ribbon. Final production tolerances should be confirmed against the approved technical drawing and physical sample.
4
Q: How long do samples and bulk production take?
A: Existing samples take 2–3 working days; new custom artwork generally requires 5–7 days for sampling. Mass production takes 15–20 days after sample approval. Shipping time is additional and depends on the selected delivery method.
5
Q: Can we order different finishes for award levels?
A: Yes. The same approved mold can be produced in antique gold, bright gold, silver, bronze or other custom finishes. Placement text and ribbon colors can also be coordinated for first-, second- and third-place award sets.
6
Q: Can the lower championship name and year be changed?
A: Yes. Replace the reference event name and 2026 year with your own championship title, host city, season, placement or sponsor wording. The stacked lettering can be resized to fit the hexagonal composition while remaining easy to read.
7
Q: Can the reverse carry our academy or association logo?
A: Yes. The central reverse panel can feature a raised, recessed or engraved logo, initials, event name or commemorative message. The surrounding angular cutouts can remain as shown or be adjusted to suit the new branding.
8
Q: Is the open hexagonal frame durable enough for regular handling?
A: Yes. The frame width, cutout spacing and narrow connection points are engineered during artwork review. A physical sample is checked for strength, smooth edges and secure attachment before bulk production begins.
9
Q: How are the overlapping figures and small relief details inspected?
A: The mold, casting and polishing are checked for clear faces, headgear, hands, feet, uniform folds and separation between the two athletes. Plating coverage, edge smoothness, lettering clarity and ribbon attachment are also inspected before packing.
10
Q: Can this medal be reordered for future tournaments?
A: Yes. Retain the approved mold, artwork and finish references for repeat orders. The championship name, year, placement, reverse logo and ribbon print can be updated for later events; major changes to the athletes or frame may require revised tooling.
