1
Q: Can the wave relief and abstract kicking figure be customized?
A: Yes. We can redraw the wave crests, change the figure proportions, adjust the kicking motion and refine the upper cutout. The artwork is checked for balanced open areas, strong connections and clear relief before the mold is produced.
2
Q: What is the MOQ for custom wave kick taekwondo medals?
A: The standard MOQ is 50 pieces, with trial quantities negotiable. Include the quantity for each finish, placement, ribbon design and text variation so the tooling, sampling and packaging can be quoted accurately.
3
Q: What diameter thickness and weight are specified?
A: The specified configuration is 70mm in diameter, 6mm thick and approximately 79g without the ribbon. Final production tolerances should be confirmed against the approved drawing and physical sample.
4
Q: How long do samples and bulk production take?
A: Existing samples take 2–3 working days; new custom artwork generally requires 5–7 days for sampling. Mass production takes 15–20 days after sample approval. Shipping time is additional and depends on the selected delivery method.
5
Q: Can we order both gold and rose-copper versions?
A: Yes. The same approved mold can be produced in gold and rose copper, or in silver, bronze and other custom finishes. Different finishes can be assigned to award levels while retaining the same wave and cutout design.
6
Q: Can the lower event wording and logo be changed?
A: Yes. Replace the reference wording with your tournament name, date, venue, placement, sponsor or association logo. The panel can be resized and the text depth adjusted to maintain legibility against the surrounding wave relief.
7
Q: Can the back carry a different event design?
A: Yes. The reverse can feature event wording, a commemorative logo, organizer information, sponsor details or a simplified wave pattern. Raised, recessed or engraved treatments can be selected according to the approved artwork.
8
Q: Can the ribbon colors and printed emblem be customized?
A: Yes. Use the red-and-blue combination shown or specify custom colors, woven patterns and printed logos. The ribbon artwork can include the championship name, year, host organization or sponsor branding.
9
Q: How is the openwork section checked for strength and finish quality?
A: The mold and casting are inspected around the narrow curved sections, ribbon slot and cutout edges. A sample is checked for smooth edges, secure connections, even plating, defined wave relief and a reliable ribbon attachment before bulk production.
10
Q: Can this medal be reordered for future championships?
A: Yes. Retain the approved mold, artwork and finish references for repeat production. The event year, lower wording, reverse details and ribbon print can be updated for later tournaments; major structural changes may require revised tooling.
