What is the full workflow after we confirm your quotation?

Yes, we are a professional custom medals manufacturing factory with full in-house production lines covering design, mold making, die casting, polishing, electroplating, coloring and full inspection. We handle every process from your initial artwork draft to finished medal shipping without outsourcing, delivering lower factory-direct prices and tighter quality control.

Please share medal size, thickness, craft types (2D/3D/enamel/UV printing), required quantity, custom ribbon & packaging demands, target plating color, event usage scenario and your vector logo/artwork. We also offer free design drafts if you only have rough ideas.

Mold opening takes 1–2 working days, and complete sample production with physical photos takes 5–7 working days. Rush sample service is available for urgent event demands.

Standard bulk orders take 12–15 working days after sample confirmation. If your event is time-sensitive, we support rush production to finish within 7 working days. All marathon & sports event orders get priority scheduling.

Our MOQ is only 1 piece. We support small trial sample orders for test, as well as large batch orders of hundreds of thousands medals for global sports races and enterprise annual awards. Both fragmented small orders and mass bulk orders are fully acceptable.

We implement a strict 6-tier closed-loop quality control system covering draft audit, mold first article inspection, in-production random spot checks, finished product full appearance test, packaging inspection and pre-delivery photo confirmation. Our 10-year experienced QC team tracks all production links, with defect rates kept below 0.3%. We offer free rework & reshipment for all quality issues.
