What details should I provide to get an accurate custom medal quotation?

Yes, we are a professional custom medals manufacturing factory with full in-house production lines covering design, mold making, die casting, polishing, electroplating, coloring and full inspection. We handle every process from your initial artwork draft to finished medal shipping without outsourcing, delivering lower factory-direct prices and tighter quality control.

Once we finish your free sketch and 3D render designs for your approval, you will cover the mold and sample deposit. We then make pre-production samples for your check. After you confirm samples and pay the bulk balance, we launch mass production with strict 6-step full QC, before packing your custom medals and arranging shipment with complete customs documents.

Mold opening takes 1–2 working days, and complete sample production with physical photos takes 5–7 working days. Rush sample service is available for urgent event demands.

Standard bulk orders take 12–15 working days after sample confirmation. If your event is time-sensitive, we support rush production to finish within 7 working days. All marathon & sports event orders get priority scheduling.

Our MOQ is only 1 piece. We support small trial sample orders for test, as well as large batch orders of hundreds of thousands medals for global sports races and enterprise annual awards. Both fragmented small orders and mass bulk orders are fully acceptable.
