Premium Zinc Alloy & Precise Die Casting​

We use high density zinc alloy raw material, one time die cast molding. The three dimensional mountain peaks, pine trees, and compass rose are sharp and clear without burrs. The silver plated surface is anti oxidation and long lasting, not easy to fade after long term storage. The scalloped edge structure reduces weight while strengthening the visual hierarchy and tactile grip.

Fine Soft Enamel Hand Coloring​

All color grooves are filled manually by skilled workers. Strictly control the paint volume to avoid overflowing the metal raised lines. The blue, green, orange, and gray tones are full and uniform, with high color saturation. Every piece passes color consistency inspection to ensure uniform coloring in bulk batches.

Strict Full Process Quality Control​

From mold opening, casting, polishing, electroplating, painting to final inspection, each procedure has QC checks. We reject defective products with blurred patterns, color overflow or plating peeling, to guarantee stable quality for large volume trail race orders.

Customizable Hanging Structure​

The top reinforced hanging ring is integrally formed, firm and not easy to break. We can change the ring style or add lanyard matching according to your event needs, to make complete award sets for trail running competitions.
