Product Introduction
This Custom Shield Dragon Soccer Club Medal combines a gold-tone shield outline with a stylized dragon curling around a soccer ball. The raised metallic emblem stands against a black central field, framed by red borders and title bands. LIUZHOU and DRAGON CITY F.C appear across the top, while SINCE 2015 fills the pointed lower section. A red ribbon with white club lettering completes the design. The specified size is 80 x 68mm, thickness is 4.5mm and weight is 125g.

Club Crest Design and Customization Options
Artwork & Pattern Customization
Adapt the dragon, soccer ball and shield outline to approved club artwork. Keep the fine whiskers, crest points and ball panels distinct at the finished size. Review the metallic outlines and colored sections together before approving tooling.
Color & Surface Customization
Match the pictured gold-tone finish with red borders and a black central field, or request club colors. Specify color placement for the ball and dragon details. Confirm the base alloy, surface treatment and color application method on a physical sample.
Logo & Text Branding
Replace LIUZHOU, DRAGON CITY F.C and SINCE 2015 with approved club details. Supply authorized crest artwork and exact spelling. Keep the name within the upper bands and the founding year readable in the pointed lower section.
Supporting Accessories
Coordinate a red ribbon with white club lettering or supply custom colors and graphics. Confirm ribbon dimensions, stitching and top-slot fit. Protective packing should accommodate the shield point and prevent rubbing against the raised emblem and color areas.
Frequently Asked Questions
1
Q: Can the dragon crest and shield shape be customized?
A: Yes. Provide approved artwork for the club emblem and outline. Changes to the dragon, soccer ball or shield profile may require new tooling. Review a sample for clear fine details and consistent separation between metal and color areas.
2
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: Confirm the quantity and pricing for the chosen club design in the quotation. Tooling changes, finish options and printed ribbons may affect the applicable order terms.
3
Q: What are the size, thickness and weight?
A: The specified size is 80 x 68mm, thickness is 4.5mm and weight is 125g. Use height and width rather than a diameter for this shield profile. Confirm the measurement orientation and whether the ribbon attachment is included on the production drawing.
4
Q: How long do sampling and production take?
A: Listed lead times are 2-3 working days for existing samples, 5-7 days for new custom artwork and 15-20 days for production after sample confirmation. Confirm the schedule for the crest, coloring and ribbon, allowing additional shipping time.
5
Q: What material and finish should be specified?
A: Specify a metal body with a gold-tone finish and red and black color areas to match the pictured design. Confirm the base alloy, plating specification and coloring method before production. The gold-tone appearance does not indicate a solid-gold medal.
6
Q: Does the shield have an open center?
A: The pictured design has a solid-looking black central field behind the raised dragon and soccer ball. No open cutout is visible within the shield. A hollow-out option would require separate artwork and construction approval.
7
Q: Can the club wording, founding year and reverse be changed?
A: Yes. Provide the required club name, location and founding year. Reverse artwork can be specified separately because the supplied images show the front only. Review the complete artwork and authorized logos before tooling approval.
8
Q: Can the ribbon carry our club name?
A: Yes. Supply approved wording, logos and colors for ribbon printing. The pictured version uses a red ribbon with white lettering. Confirm width, length, stitching and attachment fit on an assembled sample.
9
Q: What should be checked on the sample?
A: Verify the 80 x 68mm size, 4.5mm thickness and 125g weight. Inspect the dragon crest, soccer ball, club text and founding year. Check color boundaries, gold-tone finishing, smooth shield edges and ribbon stitching.
10
Q: How should the shield medal be packed?
A: Protect each medal individually and cushion the pointed lower edge. Allow clearance around the raised crest so adjacent medals cannot rub against it. Fold the ribbon neatly and specify fitted inserts or presentation boxes if required.
