1
Q: Can the corporate emblem and globe design be customized?
A: Yes. Supply approved artwork for the corporate branding, circular arrow emblem, globe and runner silhouettes. Relief changes may require new tooling. Review small icons, grid lines and both border designs on a physical sample before production.
2
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: Confirm the quotation for your design and quantity. Revised tooling, corporate logos and custom ribbons may affect the applicable order terms.
3
Q: What are the diameter, thickness and weight?
A: The specified diameter is 70mm, thickness is 4.5mm and weight is 100g. Confirm dimensional tolerances, whether thickness includes the highest relief and whether weight covers the medal alone or the complete ribbon set before production.
4
Q: How long do sampling and production take?
A: Listed lead times are 2-3 working days for existing samples, 5-7 days for new samples and 15-20 days for production after sample confirmation. Confirm the schedule for both detailed faces, antiqued finishing and ribbon production, allowing additional shipping time.
5
Q: What metallic finish is shown?
A: The supplied images show an antiqued silver-tone appearance with bright raised elements and darkened recessed details. Confirm the base alloy, exact plating specification and final surface texture separately. Approve a physical sample for the required contrast.
6
Q: Is the globe band a separate moving part?
A: The photographs show an orbit-like band as part of the reverse relief composition. They do not establish moving or detachable components. Confirm the construction in the approved drawing and specify any requested mechanical feature separately.
7
Q: Can the event year and finisher distance be changed?
A: Yes. Provide the required year, distance and exact event wording. The pictured medal shows 2025 and 10KM. Check the front corporate message, Vietnamese accents and reverse finisher wording together before approving revised tooling.
8
Q: Can the ribbon carry our company branding?
A: Yes. The pictured ribbon is green with lighter linear accents. Supply approved logos, wording and color references, then confirm the complete layout, dimensions and stitched attachment on an assembled sample.
9
Q: What should be checked on the sample?
A: Verify the 70mm diameter, 4.5mm thickness and 100g weight against agreed measurement definitions. Inspect corporate logos, small icons, Vietnamese accents, globe grid, runners, finisher distance, antiqued contrast, smooth edges and ribbon stitching.
10
Q: How should the medals be packed?
A: Protect each medal individually and separate both relief faces to reduce rubbing. Keep raised branding and fine globe details clear of adjacent metal surfaces, then fold ribbons neatly. Individual polybags and protective export cartons are listed; presentation packaging can be specified separately.
